Yoga for Beginners: 4 Week Series
with Melanie Grime Wednesday nights 6-7pm February 8-March 1 Are you brand new to yoga, or want to revisit the basics to feel more comfortable attending more challenging classes? This series is for you! Join Mel in this 4 weeks series where you will learn the fundamentals of some of the main yoga poses in a small group environment. The 4 weeks will focus on the following: Week 1: Foundations of breath, movement and standing postures Week 2: Strength and integrity in your core Week 3: Mobilizing your spine with twists Week 4: Putting it all together If you are worried about your lack of experience, mobility, or strength, don't be. This course is for you and you alone; Mel will be your guide to help you learn and grow, and most of all have fun! Cost is $65 for the 4 week series.
