On Saturday, July 9th Miriana will be teaching two back to back classes: Ashtanga Yoga at 9am, and Yin Yoga at 11am. We would love to have you join us for one, or both! These two complimentary classes will leave you feeling stretched and surrendered in all the best ways. Introduction to Ashtanga

Kala Yoga is delighted to bring you a playful SUP & Yoga Flow Workshop, that introduces you to the power of the SUP-Inspired Indoor Yoga Experience! You will have a blast exploring foundation postures and set the stage for further deepening of both your yoga and SUP practice. Without a doubt, this new offering will enhance your traditional mat practice and if, hitting the water is on your bucket list, you will be brilliantly prepared to take your SUP-Yoga practice outside! Innately discover breath, muscular engagement and present moment; through mindful movement and "kind" alignment in this full body workout.
