The lymph system balances the body’s fluid, it identifies and filters all pathogens and toxicants and transports large molecules like proteins and fats. This underlying filtration system in the body is critical to our health so much so that we have enough lymph to wrap around our glove four times (blood only twice). Waste out is critical to our vitality. Learn how to regenerate, heal and ease the burden on your body. This partnered work will go much further than you and your chosen partner for this class will imagine and will be amazed by what you feel when you get to receive the added benefit of someone’s loving touch and care. Join Laurin during the Gemini Full Moon for this Candlelit Yoga Flow!
You'll be guided through Yin and Yang Yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation to connect you more deeply to your body and the energy of the Full Moon. Feel free to bring a journal to record any insights! We'll move mindfully through Moon Salutations, and end with a blissful guided relaxation to leave you feeling both grounded and energized. Following the practice will be a Community Circle, which you are also invited to join. We will be sharing what has been coming up for us individually and collectively in our lives and/or practice, in a supportive Circle of other like-minded souls.
