Ecstatic Dance is a practice of free-form dance, and encourages us to show up AS WE ARE. We follow the impulses of the body and spirit to move with the music, however the music moves you! There may be swaying, shaking, bouncing, crawling, clapping, stomping, and anything that feels right in the moment.

Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine that allows us to soften into the subtleties of our experience, and opens us up to more connection and love. Together the cacao and dance work beautifully together to create deeper connection to yourself and to your community.

For the first time we will have TWO WAVES of dance, meaning: we will build to a peak, come down and unwind, then build to a second peak, before coming down and integrating at the end. You can stay for one wave, or both!

You can integrate and duck out before the second wave if you like (around 10pm), or stay and build up your energy again! The first wave will be medium intensity with more tribal and house music, while the second wave will be more intense with a darker, edgier feel.

Harness the energy of the New Moon to reset your energy and your nervous system, to set intentions, and to make new connections in like-minded community.

Join us as we co-create a container of safety, compassion and radical self-love and acceptance in this restorative workshop. You'll get to connect with others in Circle, clear out the old residue in your nervous system, and set new intentions in alignment with what you desire, through the lens of Tantra Yoga ~ which is all about feeling total love for every part of your experience! We'll finish with Restorative Yoga and a closing Circle to integrate our time together.

You'll come away from the afternoon feeling refreshed, energized, and restored. And you'll also have some great tools to use in your everyday for processing and integrating challenging emotions and experiences. Gift yourself an afternoon of exploration and ease as we reset with the lunar cycle.

All are welcome and encouraged! And no yoga experience is necessary.

We start with grounding in our opening circle and infusing the cacao with our intention. We'll work with the breath to gently open up the heart space, then transition into our ecstatic dance. We allow the music to take over to induce a state of flow and bliss through movement, before ending with stillness and silence. This trance-like state will leave you feeling expressed, embodied, and deeply relaxed.

Nothing is amplified, pre-recorded or rehearsed. Each set and performance is sonically pure, unique and completely improvised.

Join Natasha for this partnered playshop to explore embodied release, and leave feeling more free and fluid!

The lymph system balances the body’s fluid, it identifies and filters all pathogens and toxicants and transports large molecules like proteins and fats.

This underlying filtration system in the body is critical to our health so much so that we have enough lymph to wrap around our glove four times (blood only twice). Waste out is critical to our vitality. Learn how to regenerate, heal and ease the burden on your body. This partnered work will go much further than you and your chosen partner for this class will imagine and will be amazed by what you feel when you get to receive the added benefit of someone’s loving touch and care.

Join Laurin during the Gemini Full Moon for this Candlelit Yoga Flow!
​You'll be guided through Yin and Yang Yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation to connect you more deeply to your body and the energy of the Full Moon. Feel free to bring a journal to record any insights!
We'll move mindfully through Moon Salutations, and end with a blissful guided relaxation to leave you feeling both grounded and energized.
Following the practice will be a Community Circle, which you are also invited to join. We will be sharing what has been coming up for us individually and collectively in our lives and/or practice, in a supportive Circle of other like-minded souls. Please bring an item for the altar if you wish to attend the Circle. $20 for each event, or only $30 if you register for both!

Join us for a joyful & soulful BELLY DANCE BASICS workshop in which we’ll learn & practice classic movements and fundamentals. Open to all levels of experience, total beginners are welcome!

The Mantra Movement unites instruments and music styles from around the world into an experience of sound, movement and rhythm. With traditional call-and-response Kirtan, blended with improvised music and melodies, each Mantra Movement experience is totally individual and one-of-a-kind!

The unique combination of mantra and music from Jason and Laurin transports the listener to altered states and vibrations, leaving them more grounded and connected to Spirit, Mumma Earth and the Self. Join them on a musical journey for the mind, body and soul!

Singing or sounding along is encouraged but not necessary. If you prefer you can simply sit back and enjoy the music.
