 This weekly class is open to all pregnant women, no matter how far along you are. The focus is on opening rather than strengthening the body, to prepare for childbirth, while also building strength and resilience in the mind.
Miriana helps to create a safe space for you to share your experiences during the journey with other soon-to-be mothers and move your body in safe and nourishing ways to prepare you physically, mentally and emotionally for birth. This Series will reoccur every month ~ please Pre-register using the link. There is a minimum of 4 participants to run each series, so bring a friend!
