Half Mala: Celebrating the Autumnal Equinox

It's time for the next Mala Practice to celebrate the Fall Equinox!

Join us for another Half Mala - 54 Sun Salutations in honour of the Autumnal shift. The practice will be led by Kit, and accompanied by the music of The Mantra Movement! Please contact the studio to reserve your spot.

This practice is open to all levels - modifications will be given :)

This event will be by donation, with funds collected for the Frog Hollow Farm Sanctuary.
