Long Canadian winters make for an especially short SUP-Yoga season. THE SOLUTION? Bring SUP-Yoga indoors with karma SUPtra! SUP (Stand Up Paddle boarding) is one of the world's fastest growing sports and a hot trend in the world of Yoga too. Kala Yoga is delighted to bring you a playful SUP & Yoga Flow Workshop, that introduces you to the power of the SUP-Inspired Indoor Yoga Experience! You will have a blast exploring foundation postures and set the stage for further deepening of both your yoga and SUP practice. Without a doubt, this new offering will enhance your traditional mat practice and if, hitting the water is on your bucket list, you will be brilliantly prepared to take your SUP-Yoga practice outside! Innately discover breath, muscular engagement and present moment; through mindful movement and "kind" alignment in this full body workout. Expect to sweat, have a speed wobble or two, & SMILE...A LOT! Limited Space Available. Indoor paddle boards will be provided to all students attending.
