Sacred Intimacy is an initiation into the world of Neo Tantra and Sacred Sexuality, where clarity, acceptance and love are your most powerful tools. This retreat is designed to allow you to safely and curiously connect with your own sexual energy, to learn how to sense and cultivate it, and to give you accessible and transformational practices that you can use in your everyday life to deepen your relationship with yourself and others.
We are here to change the narratives we hold around sexuality being shameful, taboo or even dangerous. Tantra holds the belief that every part of you is sacred, valid and valuable; you will be guided to experience this safely in your own body, and in community. We will help each other access the truth of our sexuality as powerful, wise, sacred, and something to celebrate! This weekend is open to all levels of practice and experience, and specifically designed with those who are new to Tantra in mind. In this introductory retreat, you will be invited to feel and work with your own sexual energy, and be able to sense and witness the expression of sexual energy in group space. Your sovereignty is paramount, and to keep this retreat accessible there will be no nudity or sexual contact in the practices or communal spaces. We will be working with sexual energy only, on an individual and trans-personal level.
