New Moon Reset
Harness the energy of the New Moon to reset your energy and your nervous system, to set intentions, and to make new connections in like-minded community.
Join us as we co-create a container of safety, compassion and radical self-love and acceptance in this restorative workshop. You'll get to connect with others in Circle, clear out the old residue in your nervous system, and set new intentions in alignment with what you desire, through the lens of Tantra Yoga ~ which is all about feeling total love for every part of your experience! We'll finish with Restorative Yoga and a closing Circle to integrate our time together.
You'll come away from the afternoon feeling refreshed, energized, and restored. And you'll also have some great tools to use in your everyday for processing and integrating challenging emotions and experiences. Gift yourself an afternoon of exploration and ease as we reset with the lunar cycle.
All are welcome and encouraged! And no yoga experience is necessary.
*Please bring a journal and pens, a reusable water bottle, a mug for tea, and wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in (layers are great for adding/subtracting when we are still vs moving for periods of time).

Goddess Flow: 6 Weeks
This class is designed for you to delve deeper into your body and discover how the practice of yoga can support you in a more individualized and profound way. As a system that was designed by men for other men, a strict yoga practice does not always support the more feminine aspects o four lives and experiences; we are all deeply cyclical, and this class will uncover how yoga can be adapted during different phases of the moon, the seasons and our unique bodily cycles to help you find and listen to the wisdom of your body. We will explore movement and meditation, Yin and Tantric Yoga practices, deep breathing and other ways to move energy and connect with Mumma Earth.
All are welcome! No experience necessary.
