It's the 4th Annual Untamed Goddess Day Retreat!!!
Join Laurin for a day of embodiment and exploration through yoga, tantra, movement, breathwork and meditation. This Day Retreat is designed for women and feminine-identifying folks, to connect more deeply with your body, your pleasure, your emotions, and your sensuality. You will explore flowing through your emotions, releasing tension and resistance in your body, connecting to your power/truth, and practicing deep love for your entire experience. We will create a safe(r) space together, so you feel held, grounded and resourced enough to go as deep as you desire. Come with an eager heart and a desire to connect more deeply to yourself and other women in Circle, ritual, and sacred space. Dinner will be a community potluck, so you will be invited to contribute something to share! You also have the option to stay overnight if you like and enjoy morning meditation and an integrating breakfast on Sunday (space is limited so first come, first served). More details on both when you register.

1pm Opening Circle & Intentions 2-6pm Embodiment Practices & Meditation 6-8pm Potluck Dinner & Social Time 8-10pm Fire Ritual & Closing Circle |
