​Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 9:30-11:00am

Yin is the perfect compliment to our busy lifestyles, allowing the body and mind to find a slower pace and the deep inner stillness we each innately crave. Although you may be familiar with the look of many of Yin Yoga poses, we approach them in a very different way. Holding the postures longer, typically from two to five minutes, allows the relaxation response to kick in, and the muscles to release so we can get into the deeper tissues: ligaments, tendons, fascia, and even the bones. Experience a slower, more meditative class and feel a balance of your yin and yang energies.
​Open to all levels, suitable for beginners and those with limited mobility.​

Yin Yang Flow

Fridays 9:30-11:00am

Yin Yang Flow blends both the long holds of Yin Yoga poses with gentle flowing movements from Yoga and Qi Gong, creating an experience of moving meditation. You'll be guided through physical postures, explorative movement, experiential anatomy, transformative breathwork, and grounding meditations to help you calm your body/mind and expand your capacity to feel fully present. 
​Open to all levels, suitable for those with limited mobility.

Community Yoga Class

Sundays 7:00-8:00pm

The Community Class is back! 

This is an offering from my current Yoga Teacher Trainees, who are near graduating and need practice teaching. Each week there will be a different instructor,  teaching classes that revolve primarily around slowly flowing Hatha Yoga.

Unwind on your Sunday evenings in this by-donation class, and discover new teachers and styles. Drop-in only, cash donation.

- Sound Bath - channeled music and vibrations to soothe, and integrate our experience

Together we will honour the spark of your unique essence. As the Earth stirs, so do we, feeling the call to plant our seeds of intentions during this turning point in the year.

Cacao Ritual & Ecstatic Dance

​Friday, April 11th
7:30-10:00pm

​*Look for this on the first Friday of EVERY MONTH!

Ecstatic Dance is a practice of free-form dance, and encourages us to show up AS WE ARE. We follow the impulses of the body and spirit to move with the music, however the music moves you! There may be swaying, shaking, bouncing, crawling, clapping, stomping, and anything that feels right in the moment. All supported by the heart-opening medicine of Ceremonial Cacao!

​We will dance to a wave of music, meaning we will slowly warm up, build to a peak, come down and unwind, stretch it out and find stillness to integrate at the end. There will also be a closing circle to share and reflect on the experience.

The salt cave can hold up to 7 people at a time, so we have
​two 75-minute time slots to choose from: 6pm or 7:45pm.

​We recommend bringing a yoga mat, blankets, a pillow, and anything else that would help you feel comfortable and at ease.​

You'll be invited to get comfy and then gently guided with breath and meditation into a relaxing Sound Bath. The combination of sound bath and Himalayan salt is perfect for deepening your state of meditation, and carries many additional benefits:
