A 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a wonderful way to deepen your knowledge of the practice and really delve into the lifestyle ~ even if you have no desire to ever teach it yourself. Some of us feel the call to become formal teachers, but even if that isn't you, you can still reap all the benefits of this training and apply it to your own path.
Our next 200 Hour Teacher Training will run for approximately one weekend per month starting in April 2024, allowing you to graduate in November 2024! Please click below for information on the curriculum, dates, and tuition fees.
In addition to our 200 Hour Training, we also offer a 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Certification. This course is spread over two weekends, with the next one starting in October 2024, and registration is open now! This certification is designed for Yoga Teachers, but is also open to serious students looking to deepen their knowledge and practice. Click on the link below for info!
